I’ve been playing piano for a while, ive played moonlight sonata, and some Yann Tiersen. I’m not really looking for classical, but im open to anything, especially if its by a known artist. I don’t really want a song that’s minor like moonlight but i am still looking for a deep songs. Any suggestions?

Mendelssohn has quite a few deep and emotional songs, such as Consolation or Wings of Song.
Beethoven’s Sonata Pathetique is a great one too. The Adagio Cantabile movement is a personal favorite of mine.
I would also suggest any one of Debussy’s pieces, such as Reverie or the very popular Clair de Lune.

I am writing a story for school about a piano competition. I have played piano for many years myself, but have never gone to an actual competition (although I’ve been encouraged to). I was wondering if anyone had ever been to one and could tell me how they operate so I can better understand the subject I’m writing about. Thanks!

Okay. So you sign up for it. There’s a lot of piano player contestants joining the competition (most likely from the whole state region). Most of them are at night time.
So during the competition, you play in a large theatre stage big enough for concerts. You pretty much play and show everyone what you got while the judge grades you on timing, dynamics (sensitivity to playing loud or soft), pedal use, posture, and style. The best one out of all of them wins whatever the competition prize is. It’s usually a trophy and some other stuff.

How much can it cost to replace all old piano strings on a baby grand piano? I would like to know the bottom as well as the top prices. And is it possible to buy a universal pack of strings?. If so pleas provide me with a reverence link if possible.

Depends what type of strings you get, if you’re getting the cheap ones or the expensive strings. MAKE SURE you have a reputable piano technician and purchase through a reputable supplier. piano’s are expensive and mistakes can be costly
3-8 thousand

Is there even such a function in Casio pianos? I like playing one part with both of my hands and then play another one and combine the two, WITHIN the piano. Is this possible, or do I have to attach my piano to my computer and just combine different parts one by one?

If you have a professional synthesizer you should have an on-board "sequencer" function that will allow you to record overdubs to create multiple layers. It’s far far easier to do this sort of work through a computer sequencer program (like Digital Performer or Garage Band).

With regards to your particular keyboard: see if you can find the instruction manual online for all the little tricks it can do….
