I’ve been taking lessons and my teacher suggested that I should buy a piano since I’m gonna really need it later on. What brand of upright piano is best and affordable? What model?

If you can afford it I would get a yamaha. But they can be pricey. Not sure if its still true but it used to be the black ones from japan were the good ones and the brown ones american made not so good (thats how it was 20 years ago anyways)
